Returns, Refunds & Exchanges:

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Due to our dedication to a sustainable and personalized made-to-order process, we do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse. We encourage customers to carefully select their sizes before placing an order. Should you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us at kintsugi.apparel.co@gmail.com, and we'll do our utmost to address your concerns and ensure your satisfaction.

Q: How do I return an item for exchange?
A: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the receipt of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. Contact us at kintsugi.apparel.co@gmail.com to get started.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, as long as the order has not entered production which typically starts after 24 hours, so email us immediately!

Q: My item arrived damaged, what do I do?
A: If your package is damaged or items are missing when you receive it, please contact us at kintsugi.apparel.co@gmail.com for a replacement or refund. Please send us pictures of the product.

Q: My item arrived, but I need a different size. Do you offer exchanges?
A: Yes, we do offer exchanges. You will need to return your order (per our Return Policy) and place an order for the new item.

Q: My order never arrived, what should I do?
A: If your order has not had a tracking update in over a month we will give you a full refund on your order. If your tracking says the order was delivered, we are unable to give a refund. Please contact us if these issues arise so we can investigate the issue and find solutions for you.

Online Orders:

Q: I entered the wrong shipping address, what should I do?
A: Please get in contact with us ASAP; once the order exits the production phase, we are unable to change the address of the order. You can email us at, kintsugi.apparel.co@gmail.com.

Q: I ordered the wrong size, what do I do?
A: If you have ordered the wrong size, please email us immediately. We can change the size for you as long as the order has not entered production which typically starts within 24 hours after the order is placed.

Processing & Shipping:

Q: How long does it take to ship my order?
A: Orders typically ship within 2-5 business days from when the order was placed. Arrival will depend on the area, but they generally arrive within 2-8 business days.

*Please note that orders may take longer to process during high-volume seasons.

Q: Where is my package?
A: An automated email containing your tracking number will be sent to the email address used when placing your order. Please check the status of your package by using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website. Call your local post office if your package does not arrive on schedule. If you have further questions, send an email with the subject line "Tracking Inquiry" to kintsugi.apparel.co@gmail.com.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Absolutely! At KINTSUGI Apparel, we take pride in our worldwide shipping services. Our global delivery is facilitated through flat-rate structures, ensuring simplicity and transparency.

For all of our hoodies and pants, we have these rates:

  • Canada: $8.99 flat rate.
  • Europe: $4.99 flat rate.
  • EFTA: $8.99 flat rate.
  • Brazil: $3.99 flat rate.
  • Japan: $4.99 flat rate.
  • Australia & New Zealand: $9.99 flat rate.
  • Everywhere else: $14.99 flat rate.

For our t-shirts and hats, we have these rates:

  • United States: $3.99 flat rate.

    Q: Will you be restocking?
    A: All items listed on the Site are what we currently have available for purchase. Most items are made-to-order, however, certain designs may be limited releases and made available for a short period of time. Generally, re-releases are based on community feedback.
