Q: Do you offer refunds?

Q: How do I return or exchange an item?
A: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Contact us at email@example.com to get started.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, as long as the order has not entered production which typically starts after 24 ours, so email us immediately!
Q: My item arrived damaged, what do I do?
A: If your package is damaged or items are missing when you receive it, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a replacement or refund. Please send us pictures of the product.
Q: My item arrived, but I need a different size. Do you offer exchanges?
A: Yes, we do offer exchanges. You will need to return your order (per our Return Policy) and place an order for the new item.
Q: My order never arrived, what should I do?
A: If your order has not had a tracking update in over a month we will give you a full refund on your order. If your tracking says the order was delivered, we are unable to give a refund. Please contact us if these issues arise so we can investigate the issue and find solutions for you.
Q: I entered the wrong shipping address, what should I do?
A: Please get in contact with us ASAP, once the order exits the production phase, we are unable to change the address of the order. You can email us at, email@example.com.
Q: I ordered the wrong size, what do I do?
A: If you have ordered the wrong size, please email us immediately. We can change the size for you as long as the order has not entered production which typically starts within 24 hours after the order is placed.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Q: How long does it take to ship my order?
A: Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days from when the order was placed. Arrival will depend on the area, but they generally arrive within 4-7 business days. Deliveries sent to Australia and New Zealand, however, typically arrive in 12-15 business days. Please check shipping times on each product page.

Q: Where is my package?
A: An automated email containing your tracking number will be sent to the email address used when placing your order. Please check the status of your package by using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website. Call your local post office if your package does not arrive on schedule. If you have further questions, send an email with the subject line "Tracking Inquiry" to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes, we ship to the United States at a flat rate of $9.99 USD per item. Residents of Australia and New Zealand will receive shipping at a rate of $4.99 USD per item. Orders shipped to other countries ship at a flat rate of $14.99. Orders over $100 will receive free shipping worldwide. Any customs fees, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

A: All items listed on the Site are what we currently have available for purchase. Most items are made-to-order, however, certain designs may be limited releases and made available for a short period of time. Generally, re-releases are based on community feedback.
