About the Founder
I'm Yuki, the founder of KINTSUGI Apparel. Growing up with Japanese customs due to my mother's heritage, I developed a deep connection to Japanese culture and traditions. From a young age, I dreamed of immersing myself in the rich artistic traditions of the Land of the Rising Sun. Despite facing doubt, adversity, and setbacks, I remained steadfast in my pursuit of this lifelong aspiration.
Through perseverance and determination, I finally achieved my dream of moving to Japan, where I now operate KINTSUGI Apparel from a small studio apartment. My journey mirrors the ethos of KINTSUGI Apparel—where resilience, perseverance, and the celebration of imperfection are at the heart of everything we do.
